What we do

While our website is currently under construction and anticipated to be completed in early 2025, we'd like to give you an idea of our mission: to find, support, and aid those who need it most in finding their career goals, preparing for education, or adjusting their lifestyle.

 

From coaching and mentoring to the hard work involved in developing a long-term, dedicated plan of action, we specialize in serving those in need. As a registered not-for-profit* run by collegiate educators, published authors, military veterans, and more, we have the know-how and willpower to get you to your next step.

 

After launch, Pathfinder Ops will offer dedicated sessions along a customizable plan to discuss career options and job viability, fitness and health concerns, financial woes, and a pathway to achieve your aspirations. We want to get you away from a job and into a career: someplace you can live out your dream. Our business is centered on you, and we cater to your specific needs with professionals and executives to guide you toward your major milestones. We're not life coaches. We're the industry professionals, business owners, and educators that have been in your shoes and struggled to get to where we are today.

Oh, and when we say "affordable", we mean FREE for those in low-income households, and steep discounts of up to 90% for healthcare workers, veterans, fire/EMS, law enforcement, students, and educators. If you can't afford it, you'll never see an invoice.

*A nonprofit has to be a corporation with certain standards (like a board of directors and a bunch of tax stuff. It wouldn't be beneficial to our clients to restructure the entire company, so we do the next best thing. Give back to the max.)
